Dr. Munroe is founder and president of Bahamas Faith Ministries International (BFMI) a legally established company registered under the Companies Act of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas; a non-profit company operating since 1982. BFMI is not a church but in its commitment to the historic Christian faith, it is the purpose of BFMI to serve as a Christian Growth and Resource Center; a Charismatic teaching fellowship and International Outreach Center. BFMI is the Parent Company of a multifaceted organization: Bahamas Faith Ministries International Fellowship; The International Third World Leaders Association (ITWLA); International Leadership Training Institute (ILTI) and Leading Edge Leadership (LEL).

He has a passion for helping people in developing Third World countries to understand they are born with an awesome destiny and the ability to fulfill their God-given dreams. His teachings focus on the historical mental damage that has affected millions of people who have been oppressed or displaced as a result of colonial powers, slave trades or other negative historical experiences that had negative impacts on their social adjustments.

ITWLA’s primary focus is to address the unique dynamics of the Third World context. A key concern is that every member is provided with a spiritual, moral and physical support system along with the necessary tools to enhance his/her development and maximization of leadership potential. “Networking” describes the exchange that takes place between the leaders that form the ITWLA. Corporate Executives, Businessmen and Women, Pastors, Politicians, Athletes, Civic Leaders, have all found their place in this organization.

As a minister, Dr. Myles speaks the same message that Jesus preached concerning the Kingdom of God which says we should discover His reason for our existence and learn how to maximize our lives while inspiring future generations. His approach in sharing the principles and precepts of Christ is in a manner that is contemporary and relevant to every human being. He hosts “Rediscovering The Kingdom,” an innovative program on Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN), which airs all over the world.
